About me

I work on how organisations make decisions and how data can support clearer thinking. My focus is understanding problems, modelling the decision space, and building analytical systems that turn uncertainty into structured insight.

My background brings together industrial engineering, business intelligence, and strategy. Over the years I have designed frameworks that help teams move beyond basic reporting. These frameworks organise fragmented information, highlight the drivers of performance, and support decisions across strategic, tactical, and operational levels.

My doctoral research studies how Business Intelligence is used at different managerial tiers and how it affects decision quality in UK SMEs. This work strengthens the analytical models I build. It helps me design systems that are practical and grounded in evidence.

I also serve as Co-Founder and Chief Data and Strategy Officer at Heagital. I develop market models, insight frameworks, and decision tools. These support product strategy and investor planning.

My approach is simple: understand the question, analyse the structure, and design systems that help organisations act with more confidence.
